Jethro Tull - This Was (Coll. Edition) (2008) [2 CD's]

En un principio tuvieron problemas para encontrar locales donde tocar, por lo que cambiaron de nombre frecuentemente, con el fin de seguir tocando en los clubes de Londres. Dichos nombres los elegían los distintos agentes que concertaban sus actuaciones, uno de los cuales, aficionado a la historia, los bautizó como Jethro Tull, en honor a un inventor agrícola que vivió en el siglo XVIII y que diseñó la primera máquina agrícola, denominada sembradera. La banda siguió usando este nombre sólo porque fue el que usaron la primera vez que el encargado de un club los invitó a tocar en el mismo nuevamente, esto hace mas de cuarenta años!! Este es su primer disco del año 1968 ahora remasterizado, remezclado y estereo mas versiones en vivo:
